I was very skeptical about this product, especially considering the price. My sciatica and hip pain make it very hard to wear heels so I thought I'd give it a shot and I was pleasantly surprised! I added the gummi's to a strappy heel for a wedding and they did not disappoint. I won't lie and say I felt zero pain, because a heel is still a heel at the end of the day. I did however, last much longer than I typically would in heels. It is a nice cushion under the shoe that you get similar to a platform without wearing an actual platform.
