I got these for my Jimmy Choo heels because it puts pressure on the balls of my feet. Was excited to try these using different placements on the shoe and I tried to follow the photo on the website. Unfortunately, it does not relieve any pain for me at all and actually the arch part of the gummi digs into my foot arch and hurts me a bit. The gummi is also really wide and extends out a bit for my Jimmy Choo platform heels, doesn’t fit nicely into Dior slingbacks, and every other heel I own. Sad that heel designers always make heels so narrow which makes it hard to fit the gummy on perfectly.

Love these. Such a lifesaver
I’m sure this product is great, I wouldn’t know because my items did not reach me in time even though I paid for overnight shipping I won’t even mention the price that I paid. It was astronomical simply because I didn’t receive my items until Tuesday even though my order was placed on Thursday night.. I sent a message to customer service on May 18. Because USPS told me that they didn’t receive my order until Saturday, I just got a response this morning. Needless to say I can’t do horrible customer service so this will be my last purchase from this company.. Please excuse the clerical errors definitely not a happy camper
